●Living support
外国人研究者の生活支援業務について
このたび、研究支援体制の国際化の対応として、研究活動等に参画する外国人研究者に対し、業務委託により以下のとおりの生活支援を実施することになりましたので、お知らせいたします。
１．生活相談窓口業務（ユーザーズオフィス内にて支援業務委託者が対応）
・ユーザーズオフィス（つくば）毎週火曜日９：００～１７：００
・ユーザーズオフィス（東 海）毎週金曜日９：００～１７：００
（１）市役所・金融機関等への同行
（２）医療機関受診時の同行
（３）その他生活支援に関すること
２．緊急時対応業務
（原則８時～２４時対応 年末年始（１２月２９日～１月３日）を除く）

Regarding living support services for foreign researchers
In order to enhance the internationalization of research cooperation system,
the Users Office will provide living support for foreign researchers who participate research activities by the outsourcing as following.
1. Consultation for living support(A staff stays at the Users Office)
-Users Office (Tsukuba) Every Tuesday 9:00-17:00
-Users Office (Tokai) Every Friday 9:00-17:00
(1) Accompanying a city hall or bank or post office
(2) Accompanying a medical institution to see a doctor
(3) Others (regarding living support)
2. Support in case of emergency situations
(A staff accepts a call from 8:00 to 24:00 in principle, except Dec.29-Jan.3)
